Assistance can be a telephone consultation to a site visit and audit. Funding Opportunities An extensive list of funding resources is available at http://smartenergy.arch.uiuc.edu/html/info_loan.html Funding Opportunities through Illinois Energy Efficiency Portfolio Standard (EEPS) The Illinois Power Agency Act 2007, created a substantial budget for programs and incentives to reduce electricity usage and demand for customers of ComEd and Ameren Illinois. ComEd and Ameren offer rebates for energy efficiency improvements by residential, commercial and industrial customers and the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO) administers funds for public sector customers of ComEd and Ameren.
