Purpose:
The Historic Preservation Commission
(HPC) promotes and assists in the preservation of Will County's rural
heritage through the identification, evaluation, and documentation of
Will County's historic landmarks, and thereby increases and encourages
public awareness of and appreciation for Will County's history and historic
landscape.
The Will County HPC
meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m.
unless otherwise published. Meetings are held at the Forest Preserve
District of Will County Administrative Center located at 17540
W. Laraway Road, Joliet (click link or see map below).
