Site Development Permit Submittal Checklist (file size 1.04Mb)	PDF	A checklist of items to be reviewed for compliance with all stormwater, floodplain and wetland regulations.     This checklist is for all permits; however, some portions of it may not apply to every development.  It needs to be reviewed, applicable portions completed, and submitted at the time when application is made for permit.  Note: for subdivisions, this checklist shall be completed and submitted at the beginning of the improvements and final platting stage.
