Please contact the Zoning Enforcement

Once a complaint is filed with the
Zoning Enforcement Section, what happens next?
Generally speaking, the owner of the
property is given a pre-determined amount of time to correct the
violation. If necessary, the Zoning Enforcement Section and the Will County

will be heard in court.
