The County's participation in all preconstruction conferences is now mandatory. The County has an agenda that will be discussed at all preconstruction conferences:
1. Davis-Bacon Payout Requirements - These requirements direct the County's payout process, which include responsibilities of the Engineer, Municipality, and Contractor.
2. Employee Interview Form - form HUD-11 (a Microsoft Word form)
3. Notice to All Employees (WH Pub. 1321) will be discussed and given to contractor to be posted on project site.
IMPORTANT: A copy of the advertisement for bids, a bid package, a copy of the municipality's bid award letter, bid bond, insurance, and a complete copy of the signed contract between the municipality and the contractor (which includes the HUD 4010 and Federal Wage Decision both as referenced and physically attached) must be submitted to the County upon or before that meeting.
