Electrical, Siding, Windows, Re-roof Permit Application		These forms must be completed in its entirety for an electrical, siding, window replacement, or re-roof project and submitted IN PERSON to the Building Division.  Please use separate application if a constructing or installing a sign. Print using letter sized paper (8.5x11)
Building Permit for a Sign
Residential Building Permit Application	Building Permits	This form must be completed, five (5) copies made, and submitted IN PERSON to apply for a building permit from the Building Division. Print using legal sized paper (8.5x14)
Industrial & Commercial Building Permit Application Also required: Stormwater Management Submittal Checklist		This form must be completed, five (5) copies made, and submitted IN PERSON to apply for a building permit from the Building Division. Print using legal sized paper (8.5x14)
Contractor Registration Application	Contractor Registration	You must register your trade with the Building Division.  This form must be completed and submitted prior to beginning work in unincorporated Will County.
Engineering Site Development Permit Application	Residential Site Plan Requirement Checklist  Non-Residential Site Plan Requirement Checklist	If applicable, this form must be completed and submitted to the Subdivision Engineering Division prior to applying for a building permit from the Building Division.
Stormwater Management Submittal Checklist (file size 1.04Mb)		A checklist of items to be reviewed for compliance with all stormwater, floodplain and wetland regulations.     This checklist is for non-residential developments and subdivisions.  It needs to be reviewed, applicable portions completed, and submitted at the time when application is made for permit.  Note: for subdivisions, this checklist shall be completed and submitted at the beginning of the improvements and final platting stage.
Application for Floodplain & Wetland Request		If applicable, this form must be completed and submitted to the Subdivision Engineering Division prior to applying for a building permit from the Building Division.
